NBA YoungBoy Withdraws From Rolling Loud Orlando; Ken Carson Elevated to Sunday Headliner
NBA YoungBoy bowed out of Rolling Loud Orlando on May 7; Ken Carson has been named the new Sunday headliner as organizers reshuffle the bill.
NBA YoungBoy has unexpectedly removed himself from the Rolling Loud Orlando bill, posting that he needs “some time away from traveling and performing” and leaving organizers to promote Ken Carson into the festival’s Sunday headliner slot.

On Thursday (May 7), YoungBoy Never Broke Again shared a short message via his Instagram Stories:
“To my Rolling Loud family, I won’t be making it this time. I just need some time away from traveling and performing right now. Love to everybody supporting me, I’ll forever appreciate y’all!”
Rolling Loud re-posted the statement on their Stories and, minutes later, unveiled a revised lineup that slots Ken Carson in as the new Sunday headliner. The festival caption reads, “PLEASE WELCOME OUR NEW SUNDAY HEADLINER, @kencarson.” Carson was not originally on the Orlando roster.
The three-day festival opens Friday at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida, with Don Toliver headlining night one and Playboy Carti topping the bill on Saturday. Other names still listed for the weekend include Sexyy Red, Chief Keef, EsDeeKid, Pooh Shiesty and PlaqueBoyMax.
This edition of Rolling Loud is notable in the tour’s geography: after staging the festival in Miami for 10 editions, the organizers are bringing the event to Orlando for the first time, and this stop is the only U.S. Rolling Loud scheduled for the year. Rolling Loud previously ran events in the New York and Los Angeles areas, and its most recent overseas edition took place last year in India with headliners Central Cee, Wiz Khalifa, Karan Aujla and Don Toliver.
For Carson, the promotion represents a swift elevation. He scored his first Billboard 200 No. 1 last year with More Chaos and had been tapped to headline Rolling Loud Australia before that March festival was canceled.
