LL Burns Return With “Got It All,” a Sleek New Step for the Quiet London Duo

There still isn’t much public noise around LL Burns, and that’s been part of the appeal for more than a decade. The London indie project, led by brothers Michael and Paraic Morrissey, has been putting out records since before the pandemic, slowly and without much fuss. More recently, though, the pair have started to gain traction online, helped in part by the gently sweeping 2025 single “Ten Long Years.” Now, LL Burns have issued their first new track of the year.

“Got It All” leans into a jazzy, cinematic softness that suits the group’s low-key mystique. Paraic Morrissey’s vocal sits at the center of it all, tender and fragile, while pillowy Fender Rhodes and glowing keyboards give the song its atmosphere. It’s the kind of precise, featherlight soul-leaning cut that still seems to find an audience in the UK, especially when it’s delivered with this much restraint. There’s no album announcement yet, only the promise of “more coming soon,” but the song makes the case for keeping an eye on what comes next.
