Cardi B and Stefon Diggs Fuel Reconciliation Rumors After Mother’s Day Foundation Event

Cardi B and Stefon Diggs were spotted together at his Mother’s Day wellness event, intensifying reconciliation rumors after months of speculation.

Cardi B and Stefon Diggs added fresh fuel to reconciliation speculation over the weekend after the rapper turned up to the NFL star’s Diggs Deep Foundation Mother’s Day wellness event on Saturday, May 9.

Clips of the two together moved quickly across social media, showing them posing for photos and hanging out at the Washington, D.C. event. Their current status has not been made public, but the optics were hard to miss: Cardi wore a brown midiskirt, while Diggs arrived in a pink hoodie reading “I Heart Home.”

One especially telling moment, as captured in a video shared on X by reporter Kelsey Nicole Nelson, showed the pair packing on the PDA, with Diggs planting a kiss on Cardi’s head.

After the event, Diggs posted to Instagram: “A moment for the Moms. Thank you to all the mothers for showing up yesterday and to all of our sponsors and vendors. It was a time,” according to his Instagram post. Cardi liked the post, which only gave the reunion chatter more oxygen.

The appearance comes after a stretch of public distance between the two. Cardi and Diggs went public with their relationship in May 2025, but by the time the Super Bowl arrived in February, the relationship had started to look strained. Cardi seemed to confirm as much during her Feb. 15 Los Angeles show, where she told the crowd, “Just because I ain’t f–king with my baby daddy doesn’t mean you get to talk about my baby daddy.”

Cardi, who is currently on her first-ever headlining arena tour, and Diggs, who is currently without an NFL team, welcomed a son together in November. It was Cardi B’s first child with the former New England Patriot; she also shares three children, Wave, Kulture and Blossom, with estranged husband Offset.

Even before the Mother’s Day event, fans had already started reading into the pair’s movements. Diggs pulled up to the D.C. stop of Cardi’s Little Miss Drama Tour at Capital One Arena on April 8, setting off the first wave of reunion speculation. Saturday’s event only sharpened that narrative.
