Lamb of God and Trivium Set First Australian Co-Headline Run for 2026 With Bleed From Within

Lamb of God and Trivium will tour Australia in October 2026 with Bleed From Within across five arena and theatre dates.

Lamb of God and Trivium will return to Australia this October for a five-date co-headline arena tour, with Destroy All Lines presenting and Glasgow metalcore band Bleed From Within on every bill. For Lamb of God, it’s their first full headline Australian run in nearly a decade, a gap that gives the tour a little more weight than the average routing announcement.

The run begins at Perth HPC on Oct. 2 before moving through AEC Theatre in Adelaide on Oct. 4, John Cain Arena in Melbourne on Oct. 6, Hordern Pavilion in Sydney on Oct. 9 and Riverstage in Brisbane on Oct. 11. Artist early bird presales open Friday, May 15 at 9 a.m. local time. Additional presales through Destroy All Lines, venues and My Ticketek follow on Tuesday, May 19, with a Spotify early bird presale arriving Wednesday, May 20. General sale opens Thursday, May 21 at 9 a.m. local via destroyalllines.com.

The Richmond, Virginia group, now five-time Grammy nominees, last played for Australian audiences in 2024 as part of Knotfest Australia. But a festival slot is a different proposition from a proper headline campaign, and Lamb of God’s back catalogue has long been built for that scale. Since forming in the mid-1990s, they’ve turned songs like “Laid to Rest,” “Redneck,” “Walk With Me in Hell” and “Now You’ve Got Something to Die For” into touchstones of heavy metal’s modern era. Their latest studio album, Into Oblivion, arrived earlier this year.

Trivium, meanwhile, come into the tour with their own kind of long-running momentum. Formed in Orlando in 1999, they’ve spent more than two decades moving across thrash, progressive, melodic death and groove metal without ever sounding content to sit still for long. Their 2017 single “Betrayer” brought them a Grammy nomination, and the band have also notched multiple top 20 debuts on the Billboard 200 alongside multiple No. 1 entries on the Billboard Hard Rock Albums chart.

They last played Australia in 2023 for the first Knotfest Australia, where their Brisbane sideshow was especially well received. Since then, the band have released the 2024 EP Struck Dead, following 2021’s In the Court of the Dragon. That recent stretch only adds to the sense that this co-headline run is less about nostalgia than two veteran bands arriving in the same moment of renewed activity.

Bleed From Within’s presence rounds out the bill with a third band that has already spent 20 years in the metalcore lane. The Glasgow group released their seventh studio album Zenith in 2025 and have toured with Slipknot, Bullet for My Valentine and Megadeth over the course of their career.
