Sparta will take their new record Cut A Silhouette to the UK and Europe this October, kicking off in Dublin and finishing in Kortrijk on October 22.

Their sixth LP arrives May 29 via Equal Vision/Rude Records — you can pre-order it here. It has already been previewed by the single Everything You Say.

The Texas alt-rock band’s October run covers classic stops and mid-sized rooms: Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow, London and more across the UK before a short continental leg that hits Paris, Cologne, Berlin, Hamburg and Arnhem.

Tickets are on sale; you can find them here.

“There is no better feeling than hopping on a plane to cross an ocean to play music. The gift of travel, friends, sweat and rock and roll is one that I’ll be forever grateful for.

“This new record is a special one; it’s something you can’t plan for, but when the stars align, and the songs come together, you’ve got to just go, go, go – so we will. We can’t wait to get back to some of our favourite cities with some of our favourite people.”
